Regarding the meeting location.
・Take Ryugu Street east (towards shore) and the meeting location will be the dock.
・The waiting area is the Ryugu Cruise office. Wi-fi and bathrooms with washlets are available. Parking reservations are not needed.
・Please complete the boarding procedure at least 10 minutes before departure time.
・Credit card payment is also accepted.
・No cancelation fees for reservations completed on the Ryugu Cruise website or via telephone. Reservations made through third party websites or travel agencies will follow their cancelation policies.
・Ryugu Cruise follows strict water safety procedures. However, insurance is included with your cruise fees.
